Financing Your Facial Cosmetic Procedure at Faces, PLLC near Jackson, MS

At Faces, we understand more than anyone the impact a cosmetic procedure can have on an individual’s life, restoring confidence that has been lost. We are grateful that you have chosen us to be a part of your journey to reaching your aesthetic goals. Please be aware that, effective May 1, 2024, we will charge a 3% fee on all credit card transactions.

Because facial cosmetic surgeries are considered elective, insurance companies won’t cover the cost. Patients at Faces do have the benefit of financing their aesthetic treatments and facial cosmetic surgery through PatientFi or CareCredit. These financing services offer patients plans that allow them to have the procedure they desire on an affordable payment schedule.

What is PatientFi?

PatientFi is a financing service that helps patients access funds for facial plastic surgery procedures such as facelifts, rhinoplasty, neck lifts, blepharoplasty, and more.

Different from personal loans or credit cards, PatientFi is able to keep interest rates low and offers patients affordable monthly payment options. This allows patients to receive the procedure they want without having to pay high interest rates.

In addition to low interest rates, applying for funding through PatinetFi lets patients know the amount of credit available for their facial cosmetic surgery before their consultation appointment.

What is CareCredit?

CareCredit is a health, wellness, and beauty credit card. It works just like a regular credit card, with the exception that it can only be used to cover medical insurance copayments on covered services or for elective procedures, such as facial cosmetic surgery, that are not covered by traditional insurance plans.

CareCredit offers short-term financing with 12-, 18-, or 24-month options with no interest on purchases of $200 or more. It’s important to note that the balance of the loan should be paid off in full by the end of the finance period to avoid paying interest.

The flexibility of the CareCredit card allows you to say “yes” to surgical and non-surgical procedures and pay for them in affordable, monthly payments that fit your lifestyle and budget. It’s free and easy to apply, and if you’re approved, you can schedule your surgery before you even receive your card.

Payment Options at Faces, PLLC

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover, for surgery, injectables, skincare treatments and services, and products. Please be aware that, effective May 1, 2024, we will charge a 3% fee on all credit card transactions.

We accept both PatientFi and CareCredit as alternative financing options.

Cosmetic Consultation Fees

A $100 fee is required for all cosmetic surgery consultations with Dr. Jordan. We charge this fee when scheduling the appointment. If surgery is scheduled, this fee will be deducted from the cost of the procedure. The $100 fee is nonrefundable for no-shows. Patients who cancel 24 hours in advance will receive a refund. If a patient cancels on the day of their appointment and reschedules, the $100 fee will be applied to the new appointment.

We sometimes recommend or request a second consultation at our office. There is no charge for this.

Surgical Payments

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to book surgery and reserve your date. The deposit is valid for one year from the date of payment. The remaining surgery balance is due 14 days prior to the surgery date.

Twenty-five (25%) of the surgery fee is forfeited if surgery is cancelled within 14 days of the surgery date and is not rescheduled within a year of the deposit date.

FAQs About Financing

Yes, you are welcome to pay for your surgery using any one of the major credit cards. However, if you do not intend to pay the bill off in full, you may want to consider other finance options, such as PatientFi or CareCredit, as their interest rates are much lower than traditional credit cards. Please be aware that there is a 3% service charge on credit cards, Care Credit, and PatientFi payments.

Financing a cosmetic procedure with PatientFi is similar to taking out a loan to buy a car. CareCredit financing is like using a credit card to pay for a purchase; in this case, it’s paying for your cosmetic procedure. The best part is that financing options for cosmetic surgery are often much more affordable than other types of loans.

How common is it for patients to use financing service.

More common than you think. Realistically speaking, having a financial option is important, as there are few people who can simply pay cash for their facial plastic surgery. In addition, cosmetic surgery is considered elective, so insurance companies won’t pay for it.

PatientFi loans will more likely than not cover the entire cost of surgeries performed in our surgical suite at Faces. Surgeries that require general anesthesia will be performed at a hospital or outpatient surgery center. In this event, a loan would only cover the surgeon’s fee. Anesthesia, medications, and other associated costs would be the patient’s responsibility.

Covering the entire cost of a surgery with CareCredit will depend on the credit limit you’re given at the time of application.

It’s rare, but occasionally an estimate for surgery will be more than what a patient has been approved for. In this situation, additional funding or an increased credit limit can be applied for. You also have the option of paying for the difference with cash or a credit card.

Applying for a PatientFi loan or CareCredit card in person is not necessary. You can apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” button. It’s simple and quick, and most patients are approved within minutes of applying.

Your loan or CareCredit charge is paid directly to Faces, PLLC. You will pay either company back on a monthly basis, depending on the plan you select.

Financial loans through PatientFi expire within four months of being approved. We encourage patients to bring a calendar to their consultation so that we can best accommodate their schedule. Should a procedure need to be rescheduled outside of the four-month time, a loan can easily be reapplied for.

CareCredit cards have an expiration date, just like any other credit card. As long as an account is in good standing, a new card will be issued prior to expiration.
