Yes. A consultation for all new patients seeking surgical solutions or injectable treatments is required. Consultations allow our providers to assess your skin, facial anatomy, and goals to create a personalized treatment plan. This ensures safe, natural-looking results tailored to you. Treatment with injectables can be performed during the consultation. Consultations for skincare services are not required, but are available.
Your first visit is designed to be both informative and personalized. You’ll meet with one of our experienced providers for a thorough evaluation, discuss your concerns and goals, and receive expert recommendations. For skincare patients, this often begins with a Comprehensive Facial that allows us to assess and treat your skin while building your long-term plan.
All treatments at Faces are performed by highly trained professionals. Surgical procedures are performed by board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. J. Randall Jordan. Non-surgical treatments, including injectables and skincare services, are provided by our experienced nurse injectors Miriam Shufelt, FNP-C, and Robin Ellis, MNA, CRNA, and our team of licensed medical aestheticians.
Most patients benefit from a facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy skin and optimize results. Regular medical-grade facials help improve skin tone, texture, and overall skin health. Your aesthetician will recommend a schedule based on your specific skin concerns and goals.
Faces offers a curated selection of medical-grade skincare products, including SkinCeuticals, SkinBetter Science, and Hydrinity, among others, all designed to improve skin health and enhance treatment results. Recommendations may include cleansers, antioxidants, retinoids, sunscreens, and targeted treatment products, all selected based on your individual skin type and concerns.
The best treatment depends on your goals, and a consultation with one of our expert nurse injectors will help determine the right option or combination for natural, balanced results.
There is no specific “best age” for a facelift. Most patients consider facelift surgery when they notice skin laxity, sagging, or loss of definition in the jawline and neck—commonly in their 40s to 60s. The right timing for a facelift depends on your facial anatomy, aesthetic goals, and the degree of skin laxity or sagging you are experiencing.
Yes. Facial plastic surgery procedures that can be performed under local anesthesia and light sedation are performed in our on-site surgical facility. This allows for a safe, private, and convenient experience while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Surgical procedures requiring anesthesia are performed at Madison Hospital or River Oaks Women’s Hospital.
Yes. Faces offers financing options, including PatientFi and Care Credit, to make facial plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments more accessible. Our team can help you explore available payment plans and choose the option that fits your needs.
