Meet the Staff

Beverly Weeks, RN

Patient Care Coordinator

As a former ER Charge Nurse and Cardiovascular Services Head Nurse, Beverly has made a career out of providing outstanding quality care. As Faces’ Patient Care Coordinator since 2013, she makes it her #1 priority to provide patient-specific, personal attention to her clients. Beverly cherishes the relationships that develop while customizing a patient’s treatment plan based on aesthetic needs, goals, and expectations. Through personalized care and genuine connections, her goal is to show you how medicine should be practiced. She is confident every patient can grow in self-esteem under good guidance and care.

Emily Poole, RN

Operating Room Coordinator

With over 15 years of nursing experience in a variety of operating room settings, Emily joined our Faces’ team in the fall of 2018 as our Operating Room Coordinator. Working at Faces has afforded her the opportunity to be involved in all phases of our practice, from the early stages of the consultation process, through surgery, and post-op follow-up appointments. This has proven to be exciting for Emily as she gets to share in the transformations patients experience. Watching Emily build relationships with our patients, through continuity of care, has been an inspiration to our entire staff.

Carly Walker, LPN

Project Coordinator and PRN Nurse

Leta Collins

Lead Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Leta has been a practicing medical aesthetician for 10 years. She joined the Faces skincare team in 2014. With the sometimes overwhelming choices regarding products and treatments that our patients face, her skill is unparalleled at guiding them through the process of acquiring and maintaining healthy, beautiful skin, at any age or stage of life. She feels working at Faces challenges her to continually learn and grow as a professional. And as our patients hold us to the highest standards of care, she finds it a privilege to contribute to our reputation for unsurpassed excellence.

Marilyn Phillips

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Marilyn has been a medically trained aesthetician for 13 years and became a part of the Faces team in 2008. Marilyn focuses on educating her patients on the importance of good skin care. She enjoys building a relationship with each individual and will help customize a treatment plan with the goal to help each person achieve the healthiest skin possible. Marilyn’s passion for her career is obvious based on the loyalty of her patients who trust her expertise and knowledge.

Savannah Lloyd

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Savannah graduated from the Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics in August of 2019, thus beginning her career as a Medical Aesthetician. Savannah counts being a good listener as one of her best skills. Meeting new patients, addressing their skin care concerns, and creating a custom plan to resolve those issues has been a rewarding and humbling experience. Any day she gets the opportunity to help someone love their skin, and themselves, is a great day in her book. Savannah feels blessed to come to work at such a reputable establishment along side, what she describes as the most talented and genuine practice around.

Catherine Davis

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Catherine earned a degree in Business Administration in 2016 while working part-time at Faces as a Scheduling Consultant. Knowing one’s self-confidence is connected to how they feel about the way their skin looks, she returned to school to pursue a career in the skincare industry. Graduating from the Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics in September of 2019, she rejoined our staff as a Medical Aesthetician. Working in an environment where teamwork is essential to patient outcome, makes it a joy for her to come to work everyday. Catherine loves building relationships with her patients, working together to create a customized skincare regimen that meets their goals and lifestyles.

Dawn McCarley

Patient Scheduling Consultant

Dawn worked in education for 30 years both as a teacher and administrator before joining Faces in 2016 as a Scheduling Consultant. Her familiarity with our practice made it a natural transition into her current position. And as you might imagine, as an educator, she is also a quick learner. Although she is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and the products we carry, the one thing Dawn loves most about working at Faces is meeting and getting to know new people.

Candyce Brantley

Patient Scheduling Consultant

Candyce joined our staff in the Spring of 2019 with over 10 years experience in administrative roles in Plastics, Dermatology, and Medical Aesthetic practices. Candyce embraces the challenges of staying abreast of the latest developments in our industry and finds it exciting to work in an environment that encourages its staff to learn and expand their knowledge. Candyce is one of the first people who greets you when you walk in our door and she hopes to extend the same warmth and welcome to you that she experienced when she joined our Faces’ family.

Jane Nalty

Patient Scheduling Consultant

After graduating from Millsaps College, Jane taught preschool at Jackson Academy for many years. She was a patient at Faces long before joining our team. Her natural enthusiasm for our practice is what led to our current relationship and her position as a Patient Scheduling Consultant. In addition to her PRN position at Faces, Jane is a skilled floral designer and a constant presence at our Spring and Fall Open Houses.

Deb Carlin

Director of Finance

With over 20 years of experience as a Corporate Treasurer, Deb joined Faces in its early stages as the Director of Finance. Since 1999 she has watched facial plastics and skincare services evolve into the exciting industry it is today. She feels the cornerstone to the success of any practice lays solidly with the training, certification, and continuing education of its physicians and staff. Deb loves her Faces family and knowing our patients feel included in that circle.
