Jeana Adams, RN
Since joining our nursing staff in the fall of 2020, Jeana has loved getting to know our patients and enjoys seeing them so happy with their results. Although Jeana has been a registered nurse for over 20 years in a variety of healthcare settings, she clearly thrives in the dynamic atmosphere that a typical day at Faces presents. Working as our Operating Room Coordinator, she is involved in all phases of our practice, from the early stages of the consultation process through surgery and post-op follow-up appointments. As an essential member of our facial cosmetic surgical team, Jeana is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals through education and informed decisions.
LaurieAnne Lee, RN
LaurieAnne has had a longstanding interest in learning more about healthy skincare regimens and treatments. Working at Faces provides her with the exceptional opportunity to do just that. Before joining our aesthetic nursing staff in the fall of 2022, she worked in cardiovascular care for 15 years. With a strong passion for science and its relationship to beauty, she truly wants to help our patients look and feel their most confident. What LaurieAnne enjoys most about working at Faces is the wealth of knowledge and experience each staff member brings to the overall plan to help our patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Leta Collins
Lead Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Leta began her career as a medical aesthetician in 2010. She joined the Faces skincare team in 2014. With the sometimes overwhelming choices regarding products and treatments that our patients face, her skill is unparalleled at guiding them through the process of acquiring and maintaining healthy, beautiful skin at any age or stage of life. She feels that working at Faces challenges her to continually learn and grow as a professional. And as our patients hold us to the highest standards of care, she finds it a privilege to contribute to our reputation for unsurpassed excellence.
Marilyn Phillips
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Marilyn started working as a medical aesthetician in 2007 and joined the Faces team the following year. Marilyn focuses on educating her patients on the importance of good skin care. She enjoys building a relationship with each individual and will help customize a treatment plan with the goal of helping each person achieve the healthiest skin possible. Marilyn’s passion for her career is obvious based on the loyalty of her patients, who trust her expertise and knowledge.
Madison Hipp
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Madison joined our expert skincare team in the Spring of 2021 after completing her training at the Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics in Clinton. Identified as one of the most promising new graduates in her class, Madison says working at Faces is a dream come true. She enjoys coming to work everyday and helping her patients grow more confident in their own skin and feels blessed to be part of each one’s journey. As the newest member of our Faces Family, Madison is motivated by the encouragement she receives to deliver the best skincare services possible.
Becky Cossar
Patient Scheduling Consultant
A perfect match for the position of a patient scheduling consultant, Becky, as a long-term client herself, brings the patient’s first-hand perspective to our practice. Becky is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, and prior to joining our staff in the summer of 2020, she was a career social worker. With an obvious passion for helping others, she loves meeting new people, is quick to smile, and believes in the quality of services we provide. Faces is fortunate to have such a dedicated and friendly individual be the first to greet our patients upon their arrival.
Laura Sims
Patient Scheduling Consultant
Before joining our Faces team in the winter of 2023, Laura’s extensive career revolved around sales, making her transition into her new career seamless. With a keen interest in learning new things, she’s embraced the wide breadth of treatments and skincare products available to women in today’s aesthetic market. Laura is a longtime resident of Madison and has enjoyed reconnecting with people she’s met throughout the years, as well as meeting new patients who walk through our clinic doors. One of her greatest joys in working at Faces is being a member of such an impressive and wonderful team of people.
Dawn McCarley
Patient Scheduling Consultant
Dawn worked in education for 30 years, both as a teacher and administrator, before joining Faces in 2016 as a patient scheduling consultant. Her familiarity with our practice made it a natural transition into her current position. And as you might imagine, as an educator, she is also a quick learner. Although she is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and the products we carry, the one thing Dawn loves most about working at Faces is meeting and getting to know new people. Despite moving to a PRN basis in the winter of 2023, you can still expect to see Dawn at special events.
Jane Nalty
Patient Scheduling Consultant
After graduating from Millsaps College, Jane taught preschool at Jackson Academy for many years. She was a patient at Faces long before joining our team. Her natural enthusiasm for our practice is what led to our current relationship and her position as a patient scheduling consultant. In addition to her PRN position at Faces, Jane is a skilled floral designer and a constant presence at our spring and fall events.
Melissa Hill
Director of Finance
Prior to working at Faces, Melissa worked in public accounting in the tax field. She has been pleasantly surprised by how much she enjoys working for just one client. Since joining our Faces family in the summer of 2022, she has become much more aware of the role our overall health plays in the appearance of our skin. Melissa is particularly impressed by how much the staff cares about each patient’s success in their journey to achieving their desired goals. Like the rest of the Faces team, she also understands how important it is for our patients to feel good about the way they look.
