Description
Before: This patient did not like the hump on her nasal bridge, but was happy with the rest of the shape of her nose. She underwent an endonasal rhinoplasty, where all of the incisions are hidden on the inside of the nose, as well as a reduction of the hump.
After: This image shows a nice alignment of the bridge of the nose, or what is known as the dorsum, with the nasal tip which is relatively unchanged. The result is a very natural appearance that does not look operated.
