Before: This patient is a very tall, young woman that did not like the way her nasal tip drooped. She underwent an external rhinoplasty with a small incision across the base of her nose. The tip was rotated upwards and set back some.
After: Her nose appears more proportional to her face. She was happy with the post-operative result.
