8 Skin Tips to Slow the Signs of Aging

1. Wear Sun Protection Every Day

Rain or shine, in every season of the year, applying sunscreen should be an automatic part of your daily routine, like brushing your teeth. By using a SPF of 30 or higher, you can help reduce signs of aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, and stubborn age spots. Sunscreens also play an important role in skin cancer prevention.
